Livelink Consultant: Requires experience of successfully implementing Enterprise Content Management / EDRM solutions across industry verticals using Open Text Livelink Enterprise Server, or Vignette, Autonomy Meridio and Microsoft (Sharepoint) products. The Livelink Consultant appointed will be working for a very successful IT services company currently looking to build up the ECM team. This role covers the UK, so the Livelink Consultant can be based anywhere (reporting to a regional office in major cities like Birmingham, Manchester etc.) as far North as Manchester and frequent travel / being away from home may well be part of the role on an ongoing basis.
Package: £45-60k basic + 15% flexible benefits package + pension + life assurance etc.
Location: Can be based anywhere from the South Coast to Manchester, reporting to a regional office and travelling as required (expenses can be claimed from home when not reporting to the local office).
Key responsibilities of the Livelink Consultant:
# Technical and business consultancy on projects to the required quality and standard.
# Advise the client on file plan design, classification scheme, meta data requirements, disposal and retention.
# Work as part of a larger project team, holding workshops, interviews and other information gathering analysis to produce the Functional and Technical Specification.
# Providing business support to the team and projects on which they are utilised.
# Requirements Capture, Process mapping and BPR for Clients.
# Working with the ECM Programme Delivery Manager to ensure the ECM projects are delivered to the expected quality standard within agreed project schedules.
# Work on bid work and new opportunities in a technical capacity.
Ideal requirements for the Livelink Consultant:
# Experience of successfully implementing Enterprise Content Management / EDRM solutions across industry verticals using Open Text Livelink Enterprise Server, or Vignette, Autonomy Meridio and Microsoft (Sharepoint) products.
# Strong presentation/customer facing and technical skills.
# Experience of a variety of IT functions, including requirements definition, solution definition, systems analysis and development.
# Knowledge of a variety of IT technologies with the ECM Field: CRM, EDRMS, CMS, Workflow, Case Management would be an advantage.
# Knowledgeable of the legal and other drivers behind and constraining the adoption of EDRMS solutions - such as the Freedom of Information Act, the Data Protection Act and TNA2002.
# Experience of the process re-engineering and workflow configuration that commonly attends them would be an advantage |
