Has taken over 3 failing projects recently on the basis of his wealth of experience, one is all about removing the need for onsite visits to resolve issues (via remote working). Has managed projects up to a cash value of £15 million and has been responsible for up to 55 staff at any one time, 21 direct. Can demonstrate strong experience of migrations, recently with migrating from SOLUS2 to SOLUS3 (technology, software development, non-hosted to hosted), and much larger, broad-ranging migrations from previous employers.
