A Worthy Charity |
| Stairway2 has decided to support WaterAid, a charity which does some fantastic work in many of the most needy places on the planet.
WaterAid is an international organisation dedicated exclusively to the provision of safe domestic water, sanitation and hygiene education to the world's poorest people. WaterAid’s vision is of a world where every singe person has access to safe water. WaterAid works in both rural and urban areas, and currently has programmes in 15 countries in Africa and Asia. In each project and country the circumstances are different; however, there are common features that can be applied to any WaterAid project. In every project, WaterAid’s response is guided by a set of criteria and beliefs. One of the most important of these is that clean water and effective sanitation are essential for life and all people should have affordable access to them. |
